Working on the Rise

another training tool for learning the rise is called a spinner which looks kind of like a bat weight just bigger. as for perfect 6-12 spin my DD rarely gets that. and she still is perfecting it after a solid year now.

My DD is using the split finger modified grip and places fingers on the two seam. She's young so she needs the close laces.
