Will never catch again with out shin guards

Have never used a bucket. Makes it too hard to run away.
Still nursing black n blue big toe from last week. Lucky for me I think my toenail will be fine.
I want a pair of those Frankenstein looking shoes the umps wear.

I'm still in the boot and will get the results of my MRI on Wednesday. DD made a comment to someone the other day, "Yeah I'm small but I pitch hard...just look at my mom's leg" LOL

I've got this baseball sized area on my left shin that must have been hit over 20 times by bouncers while catching for my daughter. It's when I sit on a bucket that I get hit there. What's baffling to me is that I hardly ever get hit anywhere else, just in that same spot over and over and over again. It's so $(*&)# sensitive that each time I get hit there I think I need an ambulance. Well, I've finally got it in my head that I must where shin guards. I'm just starting to thing that I might also need to wear a face mask of some type, like and Obama Halloween mask.

If you're worried about injury you could practice with a compression ball.
Just an idea.

I have found the answer to this problem... DD's older brother sits the bucket. Lol
