DD used to catch back in 12U and 14U but since starting TB she hasn't caught much. It's been a few years now. Her TB's main catcher is hurt and the other catcher has been not catching as much lately either. So this weekend, DD ended up catching all but one of their games. I thought she did pretty well for it being a while. First game, she even threw out a runner stealing 3rd (not sure if it was just bad baserunning though). She struggled a bit at the plate though - did manage a 2 out 2 RBI double though. She had some really good contact but just right at players so that sucked. When she didn't catch she played CF (she normally plays LF or RF but we were missing some girls this weekend so she was able to play - made a few good catches there too).
