I don't think the recoil has any effect on the ball. Or does it?I like the recoil after the 2 handed swing is finished, she recoils to the barrel pointing forward back toward center field.

No but it looks cool...remember a pro doing that but I am blanking a the moment.I don't think the recoil has any effect on the ball. Or does it?
Learn to leverage the swing. Leaky lower halves or active rotation are the cause for drag and pushy swings.
You swing against your legs and lower half. So launch is middle out. Can only do that If the lower is leveraged.

I think Mike Trout does it sometimes. I agree it looks cool and may be the body's way of avoiding injury. Not just looking cool.No but it looks cool...remember a pro doing that but I am blanking a the moment.
Or he could just be giving his own opinion just like everybody is..He's trying to get the 99 out of 100 to see things using Rich's movement pattern...

My DD swings with bat drag and we are having a difficult time. Really struggling at the plate. I don’t have the expertise, but was hoping to get advice on best approach at correcting. Thank you!
