Yes, Judge has the head over the back column. Very coiled.

What exactly? What Judge is doing in the pic? Do I use HLP, Goata, yes. I don’t work with the whole team.

Need to get kids to feel like they could swing from their stance. Helps teach their launch position. They need to know it, know what it feels like, then get to it through the load.

1. Hands should not be that far from the,armpit.
2. Hands should not be behind the back elbow.

So, it's not optimal. Both offer no leverage.
