This might lead people to push their hands.

The hands stay with the armpit/torso until hip slot (see below) - only then (when the bicep replaces the hands staying near the torso) do the hands push away from the body toward the ball.

Yes that’s why I like the shoulders to still be closing while the hands/arms start their move. Sequential loading.
