One cool thing about that swing you might be able to see, is the bat is almost square and the ball isn’t there yet. He could hit the ball from that spot or keep extending to meet the ball.

Therefor extension is a timing mechanism. And no I never heard Richard say it. Something I learned a long time ago. Now I fully understand it.

I never said extension didn’t happen. If you recall I suggested that the girl might benefit on hitting the ball and pretending she is hitting another and another.

Extension, the timing was out front, as we can’t even see the ball.
