Help with team choice first year 10u

This move was everything we had hoped for and then some. Much more focus and organized feeling at practice and "most" of the girls are of a higher level of play. The workouts are longer with cardio and movement drills worked in to the skill drills so the girls are moving a lot. She's is tired when it's over but always has a smile on her face. And, for the BONUS, I'm getting to be on the field and help coach them.

We have not played a game yet, but for now, I'm very comfortable with the decision.

when my DD pitcher moved from 10U to 12U (as a younger, 10u-eligible player) I transition from team coach to "assistant pitching coach" for my DD only.

my point is: if she continues to pitch/catch, theres a whole lot of coaching to be done, outside of games and team practices. i enjoy being part of my DD "prep work", and then just being a supportive parent on game day. its a great mix...
