Wasserman doesn't give out too much free stuff besides water bottle drill which many (coaches included) think is weird or flat wrong. Plus I think he has something against So Cal. He never comes out this way?????
There is enough free stuff online to develop a decent program.

Last one is pretty good.
Agree. She gets the elbow spiral where the other girls do not. Most girls get the hand behind or under the ball too soon. I have had good success with using the Perfect Throw for those kids. Anyone else have experience with it? I’m a big fan.

Never heard of it but after googling it looks pretty useful.

It has worked for me with the girls who are o early mechanical. Throwing isn’t about getting to certain positions it’s about moving through positions and the rhythmic nature of the perfect throw helps with that. It’s also a quick way to warmup the arm because you can make about 50 “throws” in a very short period with almost no chance of injury.

Any video of you using it?

DF community, I did my best to show the swing I teach. It is based on Howard/Bustos brainstorming in his garage breaking her swing down to teach at clinics. I teach 80% of what Howard taught me and about 20% of what I learned on hitting sites and reading books.
One thing I would like to add is keep it simple. Don't throw out medical terms, and large words. I don't have that problem, just a dumb carpenter...:)
What I posted: Hitting area set up, what I do at a lesson in the order I do it. Examples of students doing drills. Finish product of the swing.
If one parent sends me a video of her daughter doing drills all in one video will post it. Other wise don't have anything else to share that I can think of.
I hope this helps you take your daughter down a good path....:)

Thanks

Last video:
Her mom put this together for you and I....85% of the drills I do. This was her daughter about 3 years ago. Will still give her tune ups, couple years left in college. Will miss her and my other college girls. Most have been with me since grade school....
On a side note: This girl got to work with Bustos when she was around 10. After I get the girls to where I like the swing would take them to Howard for one lesson, just as a treat and to see what he thought. She is one of quite a few that got to work with Olympic teachers and a carpenter...haha

Not me but here it is in action

What is the goal here?
In the still you posted his hand with ball is behind his head. Some girls get arm pain with ball behind the head. The arm pain is top of shoulder front and back. You take your ball behind your head throwing, you take your hands with bat behind your head hitting. This will create a partial circular swing, or a circular swing depending on how far you go behind your head.
The hands behind the head will make you short through the zone.

But will watch video to see what I can get out of it....Thanks
