Wow. If this new friend is so good, why isn't she on a team, already. It is practically July 1.
By the way, is my opinion only, that this family and the daughter are not your friends, nor your DD's. She sounds like the type that wants to drive the car, while you surf on the hood. I would distance myself, if I was you.

She is actually on a good team but we were told that they cancelled some of the tournaments they were going to and she wants more. I'm sure it's more than that.
We stopped sitting with the family a couple weeks ago at the games because they kept saying things that ticked us off. Like, saw that photo of your daughter hitting...she needs to fix blah, blah , blah. She needs to work on her footwork etc...it's non stop.
