11 yr old dd hit first grand slam! Only 10u over the fence we have seen this year. She went to a hitting coach last year (ex MLB player). Waste of money! Her swing is do to her hard work and the tips I have gotten off the forum here. Thanks to five frame swing. We love analysing video of thin girls (like dd) hitting long bombs!

It is difficult for me to express all my thoughts for this Forum but I will venture 1: Both DD and I are better people because of this forum; DD has also gotten better at softball.

CONGRATS! That must have been AMAZING for her. My first over the fence home run had me squealing the whole way around the bases and I was 19! I can only imagine the smile and cheers she was getting!
