Nothing specific but my DD gets up with me on weekdays and we do 30 minutes of core training mostly. To me core is the most important part of a pitcher so it's generally our focus. Plus i like getting her out of bed at 5AM to work out.
Im under the impression control comes from upper body mechanics and speed comes from lower body mechanics so we work core and lower body. Dd mostly work on lower body speed training. sprints, jump rope, speed ladder work, jumping boxes, long jumps.
Search for Java's suggestions on the RedCord workout. Add in some lower body training like Laphoneman mentions above. Warm up and warm down on a rower.
