Pitches Thrown

When a college questionnaire has "Pitches Thrown" with a box for you to enter value...what are they asking?! Types of pitches? Avg pitch count per game? Clueless.

Usually it's type of pitch (FB, drop, rise) although some ask for type of pitch and average velocity.
