Does anyone have a list of self evaluation when the get home. A report card on their self?

Are you looking to improve your skillset (knowledge base), or are you looking for something more like Myers-Briggs type evaluation?

When I just coached rec ball, my biggest form of evaluation came not from wins and losses, but how many girls signed up again next season.

Did they have fun?
Are they still playing?

I suspect there’s a strong correlation between those questions.
