Should to top 25 teams have a draft with guaranteed 'NIL' Money per slot? Would be fun and draw a ton of interest.

Ohhh interesting!
Would the top 25 teams offer the same nil money? Or Maybe teams can only pick up so many players that is equivalent to the same amount of NIL.
AKA- teams have a cap on how much nil money they can recruit with? Or the nil money has to be equivalent for all those teams? So they have the same nil money to recruit with!

Definitely think that if players mandatory had to sit out a year for shuffling colleges would change many decisions!

A true cap on roster size.(25)
If NIL money continues to rise (and hopefully it does) scholarship percentages become less important. NIL money could become more valuable than scholarship money.
