We have had the coldest winter where I live in 64 years. This morning we woke up to -35 celcius (-31 Fahrenheit) with a windchill of -48 celcius (-56.2 Fahrenheit). It has been this cold here pretty much since the 2nd week of December.I have 5 1/2 feet of snow on both sides of my sidewalk. That mountain of snow you see in the pic is 9 feet high and this amount of snow is what we see at almost every residential street intersection here in Winnipeg.Know the feeling! We had the driest winter ever, cold for just a few weeks, no fog, mostly mild January and early Feb. Then, the first week of practice, we start catching up on all the missed rain. I'm in search of a tennis court tomorrow to get something done, assuming it isn't raining.
