Know the feeling! We had the driest winter ever, cold for just a few weeks, no fog, mostly mild January and early Feb. Then, the first week of practice, we start catching up on all the missed rain. I'm in search of a tennis court tomorrow to get something done, assuming it isn't raining. :)
We have had the coldest winter where I live in 64 years.This morning we woke up to -35 celcius (-31 Fahrenheit) with a windchill of -48 celcius (-56.2 Fahrenheit).It has been this cold here pretty much since the 2nd week of December.I have 5 1/2 feet of snow on both sides of my sidewalk.That mountain of snow you see in the pic is 9 feet high and this amount of snow is what we see at almost every residential street intersection here in Winnipeg.
