The second storm that started coming through last night is much worse - Mud flows down streets

Imagine that, flooding in the flood plains. Who could have ever predicted that?

It's mainly mud. There isn't much ash left on the ground as the heavy winds during the fire blow a lot of it away.

That street probably gets a lot of water running down it whenever it rains like this. What's unusual is the amount of mud and debris in it.

Know the feeling! We had the driest winter ever, cold for just a few weeks, no fog, mostly mild January and early Feb. Then, the first week of practice, we start catching up on all the missed rain. I'm in search of a tennis court tomorrow to get something done, assuming it isn't raining.
