Anyone else can try it and see what they get or tell me a better way. I video off the tv with a good camera. Open the video in an app where you can see the moment of release, to the point of hitting the glove. Note the time that took, estimate the distance and calculate the average FPS the pitch traveled. Convert that to MPH and add a few MPH since we’re using the average speed and want the release speed. In the end I come up with ESPN adding at least 5 MPH. Your mileage may vary!

Walk though and rise ball motion, with a focus on the fingers slicing under the ball. This will help promote a better whip.
