A continuation of an old thread, as 14U player. Latest swing here, almost putting it all together.

A little over half of Marcela's 08 team is in the same boat and the rest (besides Marcela) are going into 8th grade. Good luck with HS

Very nice. Adjustment swings. The first vid shows a ball out over the plate, hit well. Last 2 were pitchers pitches that were adjusted to. Only you would know what she struggles with. Can she hit off speed pitches? Prolly doesn’t see too many at that age yet. Is the level she plays ‘A’?

They are a solid B team. Generally a good contact hitter, struggles outside half.

Struggling outer half is mostly approach or timing driven. Would you say that is the case or do you think it’s mechanical?
