Swing Critique? 10u

We didn't do the three plate drill, but did another small session the following day. I may owe her little sister some fidgets for her arm (if you have a 10u player, that'll make sense).

Just continued to get comfortable with a forward move, no real instruction. We watched the previous video and she mentioned she was getting no stretch moving forward, so she was trying that. I can tell she was still hesitant, not willing to get real intentional on her terms, but she was getting her foot down early, too early. A meanness was absent.

Best thing, everytime we were decided to be done she would say "just one more!"

Looking forward to see if she'll be somewhat more comfortable this weekend against livelier arms. Either way, I think she took a step this week.

You may want to have her start out with more weight over the lead side. This could help her sequence forward more naturally.

No not all actually, I've been working with Allie. Doing stuff out of my own research that I have learned from video and multiple forums, also swinging the bat myself. The weight forward was actually Allies idea that she wanted to incorporate.

wasn't really necessary, was it? Nobody does anything in a vacuum. Even Einstein's theory of special relativity was inspired by a number of people..
