I’ve seen plenty of players with bad swings but good timing be very successful. On the other hand, I’ve seen players with phenomenal swings and bad timing sit on the bench. These are your BP warriors.

Hard to say, don't have a side by side showing low vs high pitch and what she does different upfront.Could be a little different up front actions that allows a fyb position to attack up in the zone..
