W-L record, finishes and schedule are all useful information.

Unfortunately, it is too seldom presented in a useful way. Instead, parts are left out in an effort to deceive.

If your W-L pct is .800, it means you don't want to travel, or play up, to get better competition. Which in some cases is justified. If you're a 10U team, you might not want to spend money on hotels, or play in 12U with the bigger ball. But the principle remains. If you win that much, you're choosing not to find better competition. Or, you're one of those 1 percent of teams for which there aren't enough good teams in your region of the country to keep you from being dominant.

Your resident grammar Nazi here. Please don't write numerous wonderful things about your team, repeatedly referring to it as "are" team. Ugh. Then there's the famous "your" vs. "you're" (it's not "you're" team) and "where" vs. "were." I'm not looking for a coach to be an English major, but the ad shouldn't make it appear as though someone illiterate wrote it. Not exactly confidence inspiring.
