Can anyone tell me how many girls can be on a roster for 16U fastpitch NSA? And when they are rostered can they call play in a tournament?

It is at least 20. Many more than what you want to carry. If they are on your roster yo are good to go. Many want to check with your local director. In FL it is pretty much open in the Fall. They do not get picky until the spring.
