Playing for two teams?

Once it starts rating you are going to run into conflicts. You need to let both coaches know what is going on.

I always worry about pitching when a player plays for more then 1 team. If she does not pitch at all for the second Team it should not be a problem.

This happens quite a bit at the younger levels. Like several have suggested, be sure to be upfront with both coaches. They both might be a little more flexible than you think given the situation. If the coach of the new team has any kind of character, he would not want to be accused of "poaching" a rostered player.
