my daughter was lucky enough to get and try the new Krato sports bat weight. it is new design different then old school C shaped weights. this comes in many different weights. the nice thing about the design is that it can be placed down by the hands. we have been and still are a big believer in the CAMWOOD but this allows similar weight training using her game bat and also so easy to travel with even when away at college. maybe another tool to the tool bag that we all seem to want to try and help our athletes be the best form of themselves. still will not replace DOING THE WORK!
