Looking for some travel agent help.
A little background... Our group is moving to 18u. Majority of team will be starting their senior year of high school this month. They want to play a typical fall/winter season leading into high school, but don't want a full summer grind before heading off to college. So once Illinois high school ends (early June) we are going to play a couple tournaments and call it quits. We are a typical B team, and for most (all?) of the players, they won't be playing in college.
The last few years we have done tournaments in Ft Walton Beach, FL, Sandusky, OH (Cedar Point), and just played in Ocean City, MD. Seems like most of the destination "nationals" are July. Anyone have ideas for something in June? (Latest we plan to play is June 25th.) Doesn't need to be a "nationals", the bigger tournaments just seem to be easier to find info when traveling from out of state.
Girls like the beach, but not a requirement. We also try to keep things theoretically drivable in a day from Chicago area (FL and MD are 13 hours-ish).
Colorado? Canada? Different beach spot?
