I recall a couple years ago Johan Santana threw a no-no and was over 130 P. That was his top P count by a lot for quite sometime and I don't think he was the same pitcher ever again after that outing. Granted he'd had numerous arm injuries before that no-no but he only started 10 games after that no-no and in 8 of them he was shelled before his career basically ended with yet another arm injury.
It will be interesting to see how Timmy does the rest of the year. He's a lot younger than Johan was and has no history of arm injuries. he also has the ASB that can get him extra rest before his next start but 148 an awful lot considering his prior high this year was 114.
