If there are serious budget concerns, get the one suggested by Riseball. I've never known anyone to have success with the 3-spike rubber. They often break the first time a helper goes to remove it without knowing how sensitive that center spike is.
For a league field where the rubber is being moved frequently, though, I recommend the anchor style. It'll take a little time one Saturday morning to get it done properly (set in concrete), but it'll be a very long time before the anchors would need to be reset. At our fields, the 30'-35'-40' anchors have been there for about a decade and then we just keep a nail-down in place at 43'.
