Funny thing about Javelin is they do what is called a soft replant technique with the backside. American’s in the past tried to rotate the hips, blew up elbows and under performed against the Europeans technique.

I have an official tittle ......Mike, DFP notary.
Not a fan of the clockHow does @Mike-Coach Q feel about the clock? ?
Umpire/rulebook answer: the pitch begins when the hands separate. But I feel as if that isn't what you were asking.
How do you get brush if you get the ball in front of the hips, prior to delivery?Turn the front hip pocket toward the target. Clear the hips. Break the throw into slow to quick, two parts. Hips close after release. You throw from 11/12,
When does the pitch begin??
At conception.
No idea what this means. I was making a joke.Usually with the male pitch-caller, I suppose.
