The lowest day in my "career" around youth sports was when I was running the local rec program. It wasn't bad enough that I found out that one of our coaches (a 22-year old) had "gotten involved" with a 12-year old. It was a bigger kick-in-the-nuts a few hours later when I found out three of my board members KNEW about it and said nothing.

Two of them are the husband and wife who are now running the program.
