It's physics.I have seen some of the better pitchers at the local Mid-Major colleges throwing bulletspin, I'm not sure if they consider it their fastball or riseball. I am curious about which pitch is faster, the topspin one or the bullet-rise one (for a given pitcher). I'm hoping that maybe Rick Pauly has some experience with this given that Sarah probably throws both.
