One thing I have noticed about filming my swing ... what feels like little movements in a swing are actually much much bigger then they appear. For example, I did not know my hips were sliding so far after heel plant, did not know my leg kick was so big etc. Maybe something to keep in mind when relaying info to your kids.
For me, I need to work on being more like Soto and less like Seager. Hey they are both MLB hitters, but I feel Soto's swing is short and sweet and starts with his head between his feet. This "should" help me overcome my bad habit of leaning back and get me to a good position at launch
