His timing was off and he bounced it over first base.

It’s not in all his swings, but it’s safe to say he gets everything out his athletic abilities and strength.

I’ve seen this more then once from Stanton. I’ll record it next time as well.

Efastball posted a clip of Stanton without bat drag after I mentioned I’ve seen drag in Stanton.

So the question is does he weight shift and then swing? Does his coil suck?

He lets his rear forearm get too vertical (at toe touch) sometimes, which can cause bat drag. (Have him call me, I can help)



He bat drags sometimes, based on various swings I've seen.

IMO, we know for sure his timing was off and got beat to his spot. Which caused the timing of the upper and lower half to be off.

He had some drag coming out of the box in the first inning last night..(and LOL at Sterling's call "Wait what did I do wrong? He is at first base" )
