Got POSITIVE GOALS to share...
Couple years ago, was asked to speak to a team about a skill i thought is important.
Here is the POSITIVE SKILL SET
i spoke about that was recorded.

Did you know that a positive mindset is our thoughts and our actions.
Did you know if you get on the field together and cheer and support each other you will inherently influence a better day and a better outcome.
Did you Know by setting the goal of having a positive mindset you will wake up looking forward to what will happen today and you will be encouraged by today to look forward to tomorrow.
If you do this as a group,
if you decide today,
to use positive influence,
you will always have support because you will be positively supporting yourself and you will be supporting your teammates.
That you know in your hardest moment you will still be encouraged because of the influence that a positive mindset will bring.
I am talking about not just in your mind,
I'm talking about using our voices and I am talking about saying good things to each other!
