I believe Husband is now teaching armbar as a way to reach max exit velocity. If we were playing Exit Velocity and hitting off a tee he might have a point.

Husband doesn’t know Jack. His program is to hit a low target right up the middle off a tee.

When I told him his students swings were not good, he just said their kids.

I found this calc a while ago.
Best I can tell 25-35 degrees and an exit velo of 60-65.
Not a big difference in distance for those angles.
The amount of backspin etc. will determine the optimal.
