Just read a interesting article on him. He said there are two types of people - those who set goals and change themselves in order to meet those goals and those who change their goals in order to meet who they are at the present time. Seems to me that players who set goals and make the necessary changes are in need of a coach and those who change their goals based on their reality are in need of a manager. Some ladies excel at softball because they work hard. Some ladies excel because they fine tune their given talents. Some ladies play softball, some ladies are softball players.
