Good question... At some level it might be a misunderstanding of what the swing plane should be/feel like for all but the highest pitches.

Good luck getting rid of it..

Something isn’t loaded properly. Worked on getting to a position where she felt like all she had to do was launch. Didn’t really notice the hand lift until I checked video

I can see where the feeling of hitting higher pitches would help

What I meant is if they think the swing plane should be flat, regardless of pitch location, then they might level/lift to achieve that "goal"

Super flat swing. Bat should be around 45 degree angle with knob pointing at the catcher. Her rear elbow races in front of her hands (drag). She gets taller as she swings.(comes out of her posture). You have your hands full. Good news, she looks super strong.
