Just came across an add for a 11 3/4 Rawlings HoH glove it is black with pink piping and is monogrammed comes with a batting helmet and a fielders mask for $45. Is that glove to small for a 12” ball? Also how hard would it be to take the monogram off?

That's a great deal. The size is fine for a 12" ball if your DD plays infield. General rule of thumb is 11" to 12" for IF and 12.5" for OF. Not sure about taking off the monogram. Perhaps you could just put some tape over it.
