College Recruiting Question

this summer, DD is between Junior and Senior year of HS.
are there any restrictions concerning communicating with coaches that she sees off-campus at tournaments or on-campus during unofficial visits?

Regarding tournaments - I believe they cannot talk to DD until it is over. Had a D3 coach come to see DD1 at large HS all star tournament sponsored by local MLB team June after Jr year. Coach chatted with us, but he said he couldn't talk to DD about anything recruiting related. If you are at a showcase and it seems like Coach is ignoring everyone - don't take it personally.
