My guess on what this is. flosoftball found out the softball budget for each school. They then divided it by the number of people on the roster and came to the average.
So for the main schools my daughter is looking at, I got out a spreadsheet and took the number from flowsoftball, then I looked at average roster size (pretty much right at 20) - and got the total budget.
