I've got a 15 y/o DD who has recently been working on keeping her arm circle long the whole way through instead of pulling up before she hits the bottom of her circle. When she gets her mechanics right, it looks great, but when she doesn't it's obvious and not only slows her pitch down but makes it less accurate and hurts her elbow. Any suggestions on drills that might help? Thanks!!
