Thanks for sharing. Timely, especially your advice not to sweat the fact that your kid sometimes might not be playing her/his favorite position. Ex. last night DS had his very first baseball all-star game and didn't get to play catcher (his preferred position). At first, my wife and I were a little annoyed but we realized that he is with a bunch of talented kids and was having lots of fun so we were able to relax and just enjoy the game. Thanks for putting things in perspective!
