I picked up 4 of these today. They are $1.00 a piece, in the cheap items as you come in the door. It is a 12 inch very bouncy ball, with air in it.
I have been out throwing it against a wall and remembering how I learned to catch, doing that in grade school. I think I can use these for several things, in my lessons. They will certainly work for some pitching drills. It even has seams. It says Ankyo, on it. Made in China.
I use tennis balls to teach kids to catch, but this may be better.
