A great drill for getting players to leave their feet is to throw or hit them balls they can routinely catch but instruct them to create/time a driving or tuck and tumble play out of it.

My DD would like them to routinely catch the balls they should routinely catch. That would be a good place to start.
Marcela can at least do that and the wind chill here is in the teens..you got room for a sometimes annoying 12 YO? 😉

How is she when 6' tall 18yo is thundering down the baseline at her? 14yos are at least facing those girls in HS ball.

A year ago, you might have been able to interest me in a straight-up trade - my DD for yours.

Who knows.. sounds like you already know how the kids who play for Maddie’s team are though 😂
