you cant hit a good rise ball pitcher. They will strike you out before you can say boo. A real rise ball is almost unhittable, especially coming in at 70+mph
your principle I have been using since 1990. they have the right view and the dartfish software for comparing hitting and pitching mechanics. Your principle means nolthing if you cant teach it.
you cant hit a good rise ball so you teach them to identify how to recognize and not swing at it because 95% of the time a rise ball if not thrown correctly will be a ball.
