Judged events are not sports, they are pageants. That includes the artistic ski jumping and half-pipe events, IMHO.

I love the racing, especially downhill, bobsled, skeleton, luge, ect.

I operate under the theory that judged events are not a "sport", they are an "athletic exhibition". "Sport", by my definition must - among other things - include an objective scoring system (fastest time, most goals, etc.).

Laughing at the trite bio pieces is my favorite sport great for the abs, second is trying to guess if Bob Costas is human or actually a garden gnome come to life, third is, of course, curling.

Not really, I'm just over winter. I work for a water utility in Indiana, and this cold spell has our water mains poppin like a bag of microwave Orville Redinbocker! The high today here was 8° (wind chill is -15°) ready for spring!
