Ask the coach. It is the coach's rear if a mistake is made. So, wouldn't it make sense to let the person who is most at risk make the decision?

I've read what you have up on IHSS. It's pure gold. Definitely pull your posts together with the stuff that has been add from others and put it up here. I'd love to see what the wider audiance here would add and what the differences in the process might be in other areas of the country.
