Was this an illegal substitution?

Let's try this for the line up card:
Substitutions begin in the top of the 6th inning, #16 is due up first in the bottom of 6th.
Top of 6th: #14 begins pitching, #15 comes in to pitch, #14 goes to SS, #16 goes to bench
(it appears that #15 has replaced #16)
Bottom of 6th: #16 bats in her original spot in order, #15 does not bat
(it appears that #16 has re-entered the game)
Top of 7th: #16 replaces #7 at 1B, #15 is still pitching

P #14
SS #16
C #25
1B #7
3B #23
DP #8 batting for #1
LF #2
RF #1 (FLEX)

If your lineup and player movement is correct then it would appear something illegal was done. But, if 15 was brought in as the flex along with the DP playing defense what was done would appear to be legal. Without knowing the exact player movements not possible to know for sure.
