Two part swing

Okay, guys. I'm a newbie. I've actually been picking the brains of one of your members for years and he finally told me to join the site.

I coach rec ball and one of the girls on my team 12U team has what I call a two part swing. She'll drop the bat head below her hands and then swing through the zone. She actually has very good hand/eye but that type of swing makes it impossible to catch up to any pitches with speed. If you can suggest any drills, I would appreciate it.

Howards hand over drill then howards face the fire or a walk thru dril. also have her cock wrist and tap pony tail before swing.
