Ok I am back for more good feedback. thanks in advance
Working on turnover drop with student. She is doing great and getting excellent results ( ball is dropping over a knee high string placed 10 feet in front of plate to ground level 12 " behind the plate) but the spin in not "pure" 6/12 - probably about 30/45 degrees off vertical. I figure if she is getting good drop there at 6/12 should be even better. Using a two seam grip at top of the horseshoe, index and middle finger pushing onto the seams.
So ideas to straighten up that spin - is it a wrist (flexibility) issue or a finger position issue. thoughts ideas , drills , exercises to make it better
thanks
